Note 1 of 7
XRP Bonus and Cash Balance After a Late Credit
Many cashiers keep two figures: money you deposited and money an offer gave you. A late credit raises a simple question: which of the two does it go into? The honest answer is that the operator decides, and none of the twelve pages we read says how it treats a deposit that was matched by hand.
That is not a reason to worry. It is a reason to look before you play, and to ask one question if the screen does not make it obvious.
Where a matched payment should appear
A deposit credited by support should appear in the cash balance, the same as any other deposit, with an entry in the cashier history. If the history shows the entry and the cash figure has risen by the amount you sent, there is nothing more to do.
If the money seems to have landed somewhere else, such as a bonus wallet, or the history shows a different amount, stop and write to support in the thread that already holds your hash. Do not wager anything until the answer arrives, because a wager made from the wrong balance may be hard to unwind.
Why the amount can differ
The amount credited can be lower than the amount you sent for plain reasons. An operator that handles a payment manually may deduct a handling charge, or credit it at a converted value, or reject part of it. We found no operator that publishes such a rule for XRP, so we cannot say whether any applies. What you can do is compare: the explorer shows exactly what left your wallet, and the cashier history shows exactly what arrived.
If the two differ, ask for the difference to be explained in writing. A short, polite question in the same thread is enough. A late credit is also a good moment to read the offers page for what to ask about time limits.
Keep the first record
Save the cashier history entry as a screenshot the day the credit appears. When something later looks wrong, a dated picture of the balance on the day of the credit is worth more than an argument about memory.
Short answers
| Is a late credit treated as a bonus? | We found no operator that says. It should appear as ordinary cash, and the history entry will show it. |
|---|---|
| What if the amount is lower than I sent? | Compare the explorer with the cashier history and ask support to explain any gap in writing. |
