A lobby of slots, live tables and original games runs on the balance in your account and on nothing else. If your XRP went out without its tag and has not been credited, your balance is whatever it was before, and no game, table or spin changes that.

Does playing affect a stuck deposit?
No. The payment is sitting at an address on the ledger and the operator’s system has not linked it to you. Opening a game, placing a bet or contacting live chat from inside a game changes none of that. The only thing that moves it forward is a person at the operator reading your message and finding your hash.

When the credit arrives late
A matched payment appears as a normal deposit on the balance. Nothing in the lobby marks it as late, so check the transaction history in the cashier for the entry and compare the amount with what you sent.
