XRP Casino Balance Across Games: While a Deposit Is Unmatched

The balance on an operator’s site is a number kept in the operator’s own database. A payment on the XRP Ledger does not change it by itself. Something on the operator’s side has to see the payment, recognise it as yours, and write the amount into your account.

That is why your wallet can say the XRP has gone while the site still shows the old figure, and why switching from one game to another changes nothing about it.

Five rungs in order: check it validated, find whose address, write once with the hash, wait, send nothing more

One balance, many games

Slots, tables and original games all read the same figure. A deposit that has not been matched shows up in none of them, and a game that refuses a stake is telling you about your balance, not about the transfer.

Where the XRP is in the meantime

It is at the receiving address, on the ledger, in the amount you sent. Nobody has to take your word for it, and nobody has to take the operator’s: the explorer shows the same record to everyone. You can verify that with your hash in an explorer. The operator may or may not see it at all: a matching system keyed on the tag may have set the payment aside as unrecognised, which is a different state from lost.

The distinction matters when you write to support. “My deposit is missing” invites a search of your account. “I sent this payment to your deposit address and left the tag empty, here is the hash” invites a search of the unmatched payments, which is where it actually is.

When to start counting

Count the credit from the day it appears in the cashier history, not from the day you sent it. Anything you planned on the strength of that balance, including a stake, an offer or a withdrawal, waits for the entry. The lobby page covers what to do with the games in the meantime.

It also helps to remember what the balance is not. It is not a view of the ledger, and it does not update when your wallet does. A figure that looks wrong an hour after sending is a prompt to check the explorer, not evidence that the operator has lost track of you.

Short answers

Why does my wallet show the XRP gone but the site shows nothing? The ledger and the operator’s database are separate. The payment has landed on one and not yet been written into the other.
Is an unmatched payment lost? Not by that fact alone. It is at a known address, waiting for someone to attribute it.
