XRP at FortuneJack: We Could Not Read It, So Nothing Is Claimed
Every request we made to FortuneJack’s site returned an access error, including one sent with a full set of browser headers. We did not try to get round the block, and no help centre address we tried answered.
So this page claims nothing: not that FortuneJack accepts XRP, not that it refuses it, not a network, a tag rule or a minimum. “We could not read it” and “it does not accept it” are different facts, and only the first is ours.
What that means for you
If you intend to send XRP to FortuneJack, the only reliable source is the deposit screen inside your account. Check there that XRP is offered at all before you send a single unit, and note whether a destination tag is shown next to the address. Copy both, do not type them, and take a screenshot of the screen.
If the screen offers no tag and you are not sure whether one is needed, ask support first and keep the reply. Silence from an operator’s public pages is not an answer.
If the tag was left out, wherever you sent it
The steps do not change with the operator. Confirm in an explorer that the payment validated, compare the receiving address with the one FortuneJack’s cashier showed you, and write once, with the hash, to the support channel in your account. The home page has the full order and a draft message, and the list of mistakes to avoid applies here without exception.
What this page leaves out
Everything about FortuneJack’s cashier. No offer, rollover, licence or rating is quoted. The cashier page records the twelve operators and what we could read from each.
