XRP at Rollbit: A 4 XRP Minimum and a Warning About Networks
Rollbit’s help centre does not name XRP in its how-to-deposit article, which lists Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, Rollbit Coin and ERC-20 tokens under the words “These include”. XRP appears in a different article, the one on deposit and withdrawal minimums, written in August 2026, with a floor of 4 XRP.
That article is blunt about what a sub-minimum deposit costs, and the how-to article carries a warning about networks. Neither says a word about destination tags.
The 4 XRP floor
The minimums article says, in capital letters, that deposits below the stated amounts will not credit and cannot be recovered by support. Under it, the figure for XRP is 4. The same article says Rollbit charges no fees on deposits, and that you pay on-chain fees when sending from your own wallet.
This is the clearest operator wording on an unrecoverable deposit that has nothing to do with a tag. It matters here because a payment can fail for that reason alone, and the explorer will not tell you which reason applied.
What the warning actually covers
The deposit article says: “When you deposit please ensure you only deposit via the correct network as funds are generally unrecoverable if sent via the wrong network. If you’re unsure, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our 24/7 support team.” That is a statement about networks. XRP has one, so it adds nothing about a missing tag, and nobody should quote it as if it did.
The last sentence is useful anyway. Rollbit invites you to write to support when you are unsure, which is the advice this whole site gives.
If the tag was left out, wherever you sent it
The steps do not change with the operator. Confirm in an explorer that the payment validated, compare the receiving address with the one Rollbit’s cashier showed you, and write once, with the hash, to the support channel in your account. The home page has the full order and a draft message, and the list of mistakes to avoid applies here without exception.
What this page leaves out
No network name for XRP, no tag wording, no timing figure and no offer, rollover or licence. None was stated in the articles we read.
